jayeneHeartburn when you are an a liquid diet is a very strange thing...
It realy is just like going to sleep.
Laughing gas makes your limbs go to sleep.
So far ice and advil are my friends...no vikodin for me yay I keep my wits rolls.
I have chipmunk cheeks
pudding is fabulous, so is applsesauce, italtian ice, apple juice, and anything else squishy and yummy. Strawberry applesauce is the bomb. The inventers of such should be enshrined with a monumnet of all the broken teeth from the people they have helped feed.
Wisdomteeth out feels like having my braces wire rearranged with a little more focus on my cheeks combines with haveing spacers in... so far so good.
The cats are happy to have a warm body in the bed.
When coming out of surgery and trying to give directions to your brother with a mouth stuffed full of gauze don't offer to A) act them out (the bird sounds were for Lark in larkspurr) or b) write them down (I have no idea what I wrote... it wasn't english).
back to bed for me I had nmy meds.
be coherent tomorrow or the next day and I will catch up.

Date: 2006-07-10 03:08 pm (UTC)You sound like you braved it better than I did. I spent the rest of my day feeling sleepy, watching Firefly, tasting gauze, and holding an ice pack. But then, nearly 24 hours after my last thing to eat and 10 hours of the taste of blood and cloth... damn that apple juice followed by apple sauce followed by ice cream was fa-boo-lowos!
I hope you feel chipper (but not chipmunk cheeked) and not sore today. :)
