It was a good Beltaine...

Come early. I have a great time up with the Canton group and much merriment was had by all. I'm horse from singing and smoke right now. We had a drum circle, danced around a maypole to the fiddles tune and had a good time. Although I have learned that I do not walt laberinths well, I tend to make my own path. :P

I went shopping afterwards and stocked up on things for Alessandra. Two new outfits, a shoulderbag and some wooden bowls suitable for anything. And makeup... elf ears that don't flop over when I wear my veil! A novel concept! I need to get some finishing work done on my faire costume, or give it up and go as Koren again... we'll see which is more attactive. Must find a new hat for her though...

Now off to find aloe for my sunburn.

Other than being a very good Moody Blues song, that's is my settiment from yesterday. It was great having you up. And we have to work on getting you at the Witches' Ball. Mark November 18th on your calendar!

Truely, I am glad you made it. When everyone else said they couldn't come (out of the Muskies that I asked) I was feeling kinda glum. But then you said you wanted to come and I knew a blast was in the making. I hope that you enjoyed the people we hung out with, though I feel bad because I don't think I made all of my rounds (got to comfy chatting).

Actually walking the labyrinth with the first batch may have been easier. It was still a little light out and more of the candles were burning. On my way out the second time I made a wrong turn and then just kept walking out.
