Goal for vacation

I am taking time off this week, thursday and friday so I can clean, sew and generally have fun for my birthday. Therefore we present the 'Nise list o' stiff to do:

Clean house, move sewing room furnature upstairs
Grocery shop
Get hair trimmed
complete doublet for Steve
shop for gold satin for aplique work and lining
Buy gold trim for cord couching and blue velvet mary jane slippers
complete Black cloak for Brian
cut Bias tape in pink cottob and silver silk, iron and sew said bias tapes
Cut chemisis for 'Liss and cut bodice and skirt out.
Assemble chemisis and skirt
trim bodice and assmeble
Pleat Kilt 1 and sew
shop for fabrice for kilt 2
cut shirts for scotties and Justin
Work on Tazzies outfit
clean sewing room
assmeble everything for my dress and Josh's tunic

if I'm really ambitious I'll mock our stuff up too... and the deadline is supposed to be jan 3.... ermmm yeah. Head in sewing machine for a few weeks.

EDIT: If you really want to get me somethign for birthday, christmas stuff, donating sewing time or wedding help is the best gift in the world. I'm a cheap friend ;)

Holiday help

Well, if there is anything I can do please let me know. But I have to admit to being a lousy sewer. I'm not certain how I passed home ec in Jr. High. But if you need help I have the 28th and the 30th off.

And try to take at least a little bit of time for your self on Friday. It is your birthday. Maybe take a relaxing bath. (Bathes are relaxing,right? It's been so long since I've been able to take one.)

well if my tub was big enough to fit a full grown person in it. But a bath means cleaning out the tub, then I start on the floors and the rest of the bathroom... Honestly I am at the point that finishing things will relax me. :) Though I have a feeling there will be sugary treats movies and much goof friendness at somepoint on Friday. :) If you have it off you are welcome to join us at where ever we happen to be...

:( Unfortunately I work Friday from 3 to midnight. But if I had the day off I would come visit. Even if just to say, 'HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!' Which I do by the way. :) I have the thirtyith off though. :)

I might not be too good at sewing but I can cut as long as there's a pattern and/or line to follow and I can pin things together if you want. *grins* I"m even available this weekend to help out if it's nothing more than keeping you semi-sane while you work via keeping you company.
