I spoke with my supervisor yesterday and here is what they are doing now. They have changed thigs since I started in Febuary.

Currently they are hiring through express personeel services only. www.Expresspersonnel.com
has some of the contact information.
Pay is 12 dollars and hour starting and once you go to being on the phones (3-4 weeks usually) the pay goes up to 12.50 per hour and once you are perm. hired by ashland (I don't know what the trail period it, if it is a year, six months three months etc)

Yes I would sent a copy your resume to me and I can pass it on. I think you also have to be signed up with the temp company to be hired right now.

I also tried emailing you directly for some more info and the email was returned to me as unsendable. It sounded like your work email wouldn't accept something unless it was recognized first.
