All shall fear now....

Today I build the ballista....
Only in my wacky world can I mange to stun a hardware clerk so easily.
"Miss is there anything I can help you find?"
"I'm looking for a ball socket joint to use as a pivot point for a ballista."
"We don't have anything like that." Cue the clerk giving me wary looks and walking away.

In other words... 11 hours of sewing is the ouch to your back. 2 dresses nearly done. Hopefully I will finish the construction Tuesday on Angela's, Tera's is pretty much done. And everyone WILL compliment those two ladies on their fabulous gowns! The 'Nise commands it! ^_^

I need more sleep.

You can get ball socket joints and pins at Tractor Supply Center (TSC). They're part of the standard top link assembly for a three point hitch.

I attempted to hem mine this weekend. Made it about 4 inches and got frustrated because I couldn't do it in a straight line. *grumps* Any suggestions(other than using the machine)?
