Today was the first day I noticed them. It's been unseasonably warm up here the last weeks but I noticed there was still a little bit of snow in the shadows. This morning it went down to 32 and there was frst on the wondow for the first time in a few days. That is where I saw them. The looked like little garden gnomes no bigger then my pinky nail. They were climbing around on my windsheild and running for their lives from my ice scraper. I thought I was losing my mind. Ice gnomes on my windshield? But once I had cleared enough to be able to drive (no I didn't squash any of them, who do you think I am?), the scuttled back up towards the top where it was still frosty. By the time I got to work my car was thawed and they were gone. Has anyone else seen these little guys?

(today is Lewis Carol's Birthday, check this out (http://crisper.livejournal.com/73274.html) and add your own dose of insanity....)

Eh, sight's not really my thing. The air's felt RIGHT for winter over the last week, though. It was really off for most of January, but this last week was good.

Sorry, Necie... haven't seen anything like that, but it's been really nice and cold for January this past week.
