I'm breaking my silence....

jayeneI haven't posted for a while...I'm kinda superstitious and well I didn't want to post anything until I had confirmation. I got the phone call today. I got the job.
It's a slight pay cut. I always ditz out on these negotiations becuase I am always desperate for a job. (the last few times has been monatary issues this change is becuase of my stress). It's 40 hours a week, 9-6, non exempt, bennies, and I don't have to work on a single car!!!!!! No more oil rashes. I'll even be able to eat lunch!
I've floated through this day. Tomorrow I work till 5 then I have a weekend free. Planning on celebrating with my friends at some point. For all you fellow NEROtics out there, yes this means I'm back to playing NERO, at least when I feel like it.
Realisticlly I'm not sure if i amd going to love this job, but the 40 hour weeks mean I can take more classes. And I plan to. I think that I can graduate about the time Josh and I get married. That will be an accomplishment. At that time I will be able to look in the company for another postition and start on the MBA. It's not going to be perfect, BUT it will get me where I want to go!
